遭控性侵泥醉女 男辯：很快就出來了

桃園一名男子今年初與一群朋友去狂歡，將一名酒醉的女子帶回家中發生性關係，事後卻遭女提告性侵，男子辯稱，自己當天喝得太醉，很快就「出來」了、也不確定有沒有「進去」；檢方調查後認為，雖然女子堅稱有抵抗、不斷掙扎，但綜合社區警衛、友人及男子母親的說法，加上證據不足，將男子不起訴處分。

據《聯合報》報導，家住桃園的游姓男子遭一名女子控訴，稱她當時泥醉遭游男拉進家中，並被對方硬上，不但不停伸舌頭、撫摸胸部，更用手指觸碰她的下體，儘管她不斷抵抗、掙扎，游男最後還是得逞、並射精在她的腹部；但游男卻喊冤指，女子是自己走入家中，且嘔吐完就倒在床上休息，後來還主動擁抱、親吻，因為當天自己有喝酒，很快就射精、也不確定有沒有插入。
檢方在調查時，雖然社區監視器畫面已遭覆蓋，但當時值班的警衛證實，女子是自行走進大門的；且當天同行的友人也說，女子雖有喝酒但不到意識不清的狀態；游男母親也說，兒子房間就在隔壁，當晚沒有聽到聲響；女子雖然也拿出「為何我有推開你，被你扳開手硬上的印象？」、「你又是嘴又是手用我下體」等對話紀錄，但檢方認為沒有其他積極證據，因此予以游男不起訴處分。
