據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )


 史詩級土丘群!發現「千年白蟻城」 面積逾台灣6倍大


《當代生物學》(Current Biology)雜誌近日刊登一份報告指出,有研究人員在巴西東北部發現一處約有3800年歷史的白蟻窩(Termites),而這些白蟻窩有著許多巨大的土丘群,且面積超過6個台灣的大小,甚至從太空拍攝的衛星圖都能清楚看見這些巨大的蟻窩,十分驚人。

 

 

根據《Gizmodo》與《Quartz》報導,這些巨大的土丘群初估有2億個,每個土丘的寬大約9公尺、部分高度3公尺,彼此之間相隔約18.2公尺,底下有些蟻丘還是相連的,總面積超過22萬7918平方公里,相當於整個英國的大小,甚至比台灣面積的6倍還大。

其實,這些土丘過去一直藏在樹林底下,數千年來都沒有被發現,直到英國索爾福德大學昆蟲學家馬丁為了捕捉蜜蜂而前往巴西的乾燥森林卡廷加(caatinga),又適逢當地為了開闢牧場而將地剷平,「千年白蟻城」才因此被發現,如今,研究團隊已準備進一步研究土丘群構造,以確認生態環境。
