籃球》梅奧、蘇翊傑遭到壓制 達欣12分差不敵台啤
第16季SBL例行賽9日第一戰，由達欣工程對上台灣啤酒，此役達欣進攻端明顯受到台啤防守限制，蘇翊傑與洋將梅奧得分分別被壓低到了10芬與8分，加上台啤第三節打出28比17的攻勢，最終台啤就以89比77擊敗達欣，目前仍以7勝1敗的戰績位居聯盟龍頭。
首節達欣洋將梅奧手感並不理想，單節出手6次全數落空，僅透過罰球拿下2分，儘管台啤雙洋將聯手攻下14分，不過達欣靠著洋將麥克連在禁區抓下2記進攻籃板，單節貢獻9分，在首節結束仍時將比分咬在15比18；來到第二節，兩隊都有替補球員適時挺身而出，台啤後衛王子綱單節4次出手全數命中，並攻下10分，而達欣則是靠著林冠綸單節7分進帳，在半場結束時將比分控制在32比36。
進入下半場，達欣失誤次數增加，命中率也沒有起色，反觀台啤在第三節多點開花，單節打出28比17的攻勢，也將分差一口氣拉到了雙位數；來到第四節，達欣洋將梅奧情緒明顯受到裁判哨音影響，在台啤後衛李愷諺一次反快攻時從後面犯規，被裁判判決為違反運動道德犯規，單場違反運動道德犯規累積到第2次，也因此被迫離場，即使達欣在比賽末段努力追分，不過最終仍以77比89不敵台啤。
台啤總教練周俊三說：「這場比賽防守策略確實有奏效，針對蘇翊傑跟梅奧的防守也做得不錯，是這場比賽能夠贏下來的最大原因。」而此役攻下生涯新高14分的王子綱認為，過去跟著達欣練球，對他們體系比較熟悉，也有利於自己判斷對手的傳球路徑，不過這場比賽球隊的失誤依然偏多，未來仍然需要針對這點進行改善。
