澳洲旅遊遇嚴重車禍 台灣人1死2傷
台灣人遊澳洲傳出死亡意外！根據外電報導，一台載有11名乘客的小型巴士，在澳洲伯斯的公路，遭到一台小客車迎面撞上，車頭當場全毀，造成3人死亡，其中一名死者是台灣人，另外2名是中國籍遊客，還有2名台人因此受傷。當地警方研判，小客車駕駛因心臟病發偏離車道，才失控撞上小巴，造成多人死傷。
澳洲當地時間12月9日下午3點20分，位於西部伯斯以北的藍斯林鎮上的西印度洋公路，有一輛豐田海克拉斯轎車突然偏離車道，失控撞上對向的一輛小巴士，嚴重的撞擊造成小客車駕駛與3名遊客死亡，其中一名死者是台灣人，2名同行的台灣人也受傷。
當地警消獲報後，派出多輛救護車和直升機馳援，將傷者送醫。警方初步判定是66歲的小客車駕駛因心臟病發失控衝向小巴士釀禍，詳細肇事原因仍待警方釐清。
我國外交部駐澳洲台北經濟文化辦事處表示，死亡的台灣人是參加當地旅行團，觀光局則指出，國人在澳洲發生意外事故相關急難救助部分，目前正由外交部駐外館處協調處理中。
